Requirements TrainingDelivery Conduct comprehensivetraining for new store owners and employees. Provide training onmanual and new products. Educate on hygiene andfrozen dough management. Train on the proper useand maintenance of kitchen equipment. Educate on storequality control measures. TrainingCenter Operations Ensure industrialsafety and food safety compliance at the training center. Manage training centerexpenses and related expenditures. Conduct inventorychecks and manage procurement and purchase orders. TrainingDocumentation Develop and updatetraining curricula and materials. Prepare and managetraining documents and reports. Conduct post-trainingevaluations (surveys, feedback collection). Create and enhancetraining materials (manuals, presentations, guidelines). OtherResponsibilities Provide producttraining for new employees. Conduct basic trainingfor new internal employees. Develop and test newequipment and small tools. RequiredQualifications Knowledge of bakingmultiple types of bread, and baking and decorating cakes. Basic understanding offood production fundamentals. Proficiency in MSOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
