Business Process Analyst

Insight Globals client, a non-profit system operator based in Folsom CA is seeking to hire a Lead Business Process Analyst to join the EPMO team. Under the general direction of the Senior Manager, plays the role of a technical and business process design expert and is responsible for leading business process design/training, and continual quality improvement across the organization. Supports the development of measurement and quality improvement programs throughout the business to distinguish the company as an industry leader. Performs complex analysis to identify process opportunities, gaps, redundancies, and needed changes. Oversees and provides guidance on the creation and maintenance of business process models, the development or improvement of quality controls, and the administration of the process model repository. Develops computer based training material for organization wide change management through frequent role based training.

pay range: $58-62/hr

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of energy industry experience
6+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst
Process modeling, metric development, statistical analysis, and process improvement
Root Cause Analysis - six sigma


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience developing CBT content, SDLC and Project Management
