The Market Analyst / Contract Administrator supports WMATA's procurement and outreach functions through market research, contract administration, and vendor engagement. This dual-role position is critical to ensuring informed decision-making, robust market participation, and full contract compliance across capital projects and operational procurements. The ideal candidate will blend analytical capabilities with administrative precision and a strong understanding of public procurement practices and market trends. Responsibilities Conduct market analysis and vendor profiling. Draft and manage contract documentation and amendments. Track contract performance and compliance metrics. Support outreach initiatives with data-driven insights. Collaborate with legal and procurement teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or Public Administration. 5+ years of experience in market analysis or contract administration. Strong analytical and writing skills.
