Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating therapy sessions that address various issues such as alcohol abuse, family conflicts, grief and loss, adjustment to divorce, and communication difficulties.

• Utilizing evidence-based strategies and methodologies to support patients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.

• Documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect the evolving needs of clients.

• Staying informed of the latest developments in the field to continually enhance your therapeutic practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client base, including adults and children/adolescents, addressing issues ranging from relationship challenges and family dynamics to emotional and behavioral disorders. This role allows you to engage deeply with families, empowering them to navigate their unique challenges while promoting mental resilience and healing.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
