Scenthound is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own end-to-end CRM across email, SMS, and push, driving membership growth and long-term LTV. You will lead a CRM platform migration, build automated journeys, and partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to optimize cross-channel communications. You’ll dig into analytics, create segments, and measure lifecycle KPIs while collaborating with franchise partners for scalable campaigns.
