We're hiring immediately! This isn’t your typical entry-level retail position. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of sales experience, you can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour base pay, plus up to $18,000 a year in commissions if you hit all your sales goals. Top performers could earn $65,000+ to $75,500+ annually, depending on geography, hours worked and performance. Responsibilities Generate retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service. Discover customers’ needs by building connections and asking the right questions. Present product insights and solutions to provide a complete top‑down sales experience. Close sales using strong communication skills to meet customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions. Continuously develop through ongoing training and up‑skill in merchandising and inventory functions. Grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services. Engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events. Compensation Base pay $16.00–$21.00 per hour. Individual‑based commissions up to $18,000 per year if all sales goals are met. Commission structure enables high performers to earn additional income, with potential to reach $65,000+ to $75,500+ annually. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a commission‑based sales environment. Demonstrated sales experience communicating solutions to customers. Customer service experience. Schedule & Location 40 hours per week with required evenings, weekends, and holidays. Position is work‑site based; duties performed at a designated retail store location.
