We're Hiring: Human Resources & Executive Assistant Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid) Action for Children is looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to join our team in a unique role that combines Human Resources and Executive Support. In this position, you'll help keep our HR operations running smoothly while providing executive and board support to our CEO. No two days are the same. You'll support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee records, board meetings, executive scheduling, and much more. We're looking for someone who: Has at least three years of experience in HR, payroll, executive support, or a related field Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities Handles confidential information with professionalism and discretion Enjoys working behind the scenes to help people and organizations succeed Why Action for Children?
