Client Services Associate

Our client, a growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) serving high-net-worth clients, executives, and professionals, is seeking a Client Service Associate to support their advisory team. This is a client-facing operational role critical to the firm’s day-to-day service delivery, with responsibility for client requests, account administration, paperwork, and follow-through. What You'll Do Serve as a first point of contact for client service requests, providing accurate and timely support Handle account maintenance, including beneficiary updates, registration changes, address changes, and online access Prepare distributions, transfers, and other client-requested transactions Prepare new account paperwork and track accounts through opening, funding, and asset transfers Support new client onboarding, including agreements, custodial forms, account setup, and portal access Resolve paperwork and account issues with the custodian and follow them through to completion Maintain accurate client records, tasks, and workflows within the CRM Coordinate client meetings, scheduling, and follow‑up items Prepare standard client reports and support quarterly reporting cycles What We're Looking For 1–3 years of client service experience within an RIA, wealth management, or financial services firm Custodial experience, particularly with Schwab, is a strong plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational skills with the ability to independently track outstanding items and follow through Professional and confident communication skills when working with clients A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of client requests from start to finish #J-18808-Ljbffr
