Vice President OF Operations

To support strategic alignment and operational efficiency, the full-time remote Vice President of Operations will manage the company's operating system, ensuring cohesive execution across Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Finance, and People while partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team. Key responsibilities Run the company's operating rhythm, including leadership meetings and business reviews, while translating strategy into actionable priorities and milestones Build and manage a disciplined intake and prioritization process for cross-functional initiatives, partnering with Finance and HR on resource allocation and organizational design Own the company OKR process, maintaining performance scorecards and driving critical cross-functional programs to ensure alignment and accountability Required qualifications 10+ years in business operations or strategy roles, with experience in high-growth technology companies Proven track record of establishing operating cadences, planning, and execution systems Fluency in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation within a technology business Experience in evaluating and improving business systems and tools across functions Demonstrated ability to deliver cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities effectively
