Leading multiple business units, the full-time salaried Regional Vice President of Operations will drive performance and operational execution across a designated region in the commercial roofing sector, with a focus on financial performance and workforce strategy. Key responsibilities Mentor and support business unit leaders while aligning regional strategy with corporate growth initiatives Oversee full regional P&L ownership, enhancing forecasting and financial discipline Provide executive-level oversight on complex commercial roofing projects, ensuring safety and operational standards Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in commercial roofing operations or senior project management Multi-territory or multi-location leadership experience preferred Proven P&L management responsibility Previous leadership experience in a branch or commercial roofing company Strong technical knowledge of commercial roofing and experience with large-scale projects
