This role is primarily an onsite position within our home care facility, serving patients in the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality orthopedic physical therapy services to diverse patients, ensuring tailored care plans that address specific rehabilitation goals.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify movement dysfunctions and create effective individualized treatment regimens.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support recovery and enhance patient performance, adapting approaches as necessary for optimal results.
• Facilitate regular patient education sessions, focusing on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-care strategies to empower patients in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, attending meetings and providing insights on patient progress to foster integrated care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records in compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will work with a diverse patient population that includes adults recovering from orthopedic surgeries, individuals managing chronic pain, and those engaged in post-injury rehabilitation. You will support patients of all ages, adapting techniques to meet the unique challenges presented by each individual, and ensuring that our care aligns with their personal rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
• A valid state license for practicing as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• Strong clinical assessment skills with a solid foundation in orthopedic physical therapy practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities for effective patient and family interaction.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy, particularly in home care settings.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
