Work Environment

This full-time role is primarily onsite, involving home visits to patients throughout Brick, New Jersey, and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, focusing on musculoskeletal health and functional limitations to create tailored physical therapy plans.
• Implement personalized interventions that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to facilitate recovery and pain management.
• Keep meticulous records of patient progress, adjusting therapy plans based on real-time outcomes and patient feedback to optimize rehabilitation efforts.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention techniques, rehabilitation exercises, and self-care strategies to support ongoing recovery and maintain physical health.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, sharing insights and updates that enhance treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions related to musculoskeletal disorders. You will be expected to demonstrate a deep understanding of orthopedic conditions and developing rehabilitation protocols that cater to diverse patient needs. Qualifications

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist, ensuring compliance with New Jersey regulatory standards.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with preference given to candidates holding a Doctorate or Master's degree.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in physical therapy, showcasing a proven track record of success in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Extensive knowledge of orthopedic conditions and advanced therapeutic techniques relevant to recovery and rehabilitation.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to USD 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
