Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, ensuring management of severity, frequency, and duration.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate healing and recovery.

• Track and monitor client progress through regular follow-ups, and adjust treatment plans to best meet evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
