As a Mixing Batching Operator Production, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Milwaukee, WI Pay Range: $19 Shift: 1st shift What's the Job? Operate mixing machines for batch mixing of materials efficiently and accurately Regularly operate forklift to move raw materials from warehousing to blending operations Track and record dosage, lot numbers, scrap, and production issues to ensure quality control Maintain cleanliness and organization in maintenance, production, warehouse, and parking areas Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to promote a safe working environment What's Needed? High school diploma or GED 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing setting Basic understanding of general manufacturing safety protocols Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for 10+ hours daily What's in it for me?
