Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns, ensuring that personalized treatment plans are developed collaboratively.

• Provide individual therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other tailored methods based on client needs.

• Collaborate with clients in establishing therapeutic goals and monitor their progress through concise feedback and continuous adjustment of treatment strategies.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual consultations or have challenges accessing in-person therapy.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities to enhance clinical abilities and stay informed on emerging practices in the field.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges between $80,000 and $100,000, determined by caseload and experience level, ensuring competitive compensation within the industry.
