Sales Manager - North America

Job Description

ALTIX-MGI, a French based company, designs, manufactures, markets and services Direct Imaging, UV exposure, and Solder Mask inkjet equipment for the Printed Circuit Board (PCB), Flexible Circuits, Metal Etching, IC Substrates & Advanced Packaging and other electronic industries.

Its subsidiaries in US, Altix North America, focalizes in sales and service of Altix's equipment in North America and is looking for a Sales Engineer to support the growth.

\n

\n

The successful applicant will be responsible of selling Altix-MGI equipment in North America.

\n

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Promote actively Altix's products by visiting customers.
\n
• Be the product expert and enable to provide technical recommendations to the customers.
\n
• Bring voice of the customer on new product opportunities.
\n
• Sustainable growth in sales, profits, and market presence.
\n
• Develop new business and achieve targets for market penetration, sales and profits.
\n
• Manage sale partners.
\n
• Report to the General Manager.
\n

Desired Skills & Qualifications

\n

\n
• Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in Sales for capital equipment in the PCB market or other related industries.
\n
• Business development and marketing preferred.
\n
• 5+ years' North American business leadership experience in related field.
\n
• Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills.
\n
• Ability to use standard computer software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and feel comfortable with any software applications.
\n
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
\n
• Independent worker & ability to show leadership.
\n
• Willing to travel within the US and Canada, plus in France for training.
\n
