Senior Director of Sales, North America - Clinical Diagnostics

We are partnered with a global market leader in clinical diagnostics, recognised for delivering innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes worldwide. The company is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Sales - North America to lead commercial strategy, accelerate growth, and inspire a high-performing sales organisation across the region. Reporting to the VP of Commercial Operations, you will lead a team of 50+ professionals and a P&L, driving revenue growth, market expansion and customer engagement across a diverse diagnostics portfolio.
\n \nResponsibilities
\n- \n
- Develop and execute the North American commercial growth strategy. \n
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales organisation delivering against ambitious revenue targets. \n
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Commercial Operations, Finance, Pricing and Customer Service. \n
- Build strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders. \n
- Identify market opportunities through customer insights, competitive analysis and commercial planning. \n
- Foster a high-performance, data-driven culture focused on continuous improvement. \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- 15+ years' commercial leadership experience within diagnostics, life sciences or healthcare. \n
- Proven success leading large sales teams and delivering sustainable revenue growth. \n
- Strong understanding of the IVD or clinical diagnostics market. \n
- Strategic thinker with excellent commercial, financial and leadership skills. \n
- Experience operating successfully within complex, global matrix organisations. \n
Travel: Up to 75%
