Position: Executive Assistant Location: 315 Railroad Avenue Job Id: 234 # of Openings: 1 Job Summary: Provide high-level administrative support to the President/CEO, Human Resources, Financial Services, and Chief Credit Officer by handling informational requests, as well as performing routine administrative functions. Duties/Responsibilities: Complete daily tasks assigned by President/CEO, Human Resources, Financial Services, and/or Chief Credit Officer. Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents. Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties. Prepare agendas and arrangements for committee, board, or other meetings. Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, departmental finances, budget preparation, and personnel issues, to aid executives. Participate in developing multiple department goals, objectives, and systems. Assists Human Resources Director with establishing and maintaining personnel records and reporting. Assist Human Resources Director with payroll processes, procedures, and proper recordkeeping. Assist Financial Advisor with day-to-day activities to help meet financial goals. Assist Financial Advisor by contacting clients to discover changes in financial status. Safeguard propriety information, financial records, and employee/client sensitive information. Participate in outside training for Cambridge personal securities. Ability to effectively communicate across a variety of audiences. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent project management capabilities. Advanced leadership skills. Keen analytical skills. Ability to conduct thorough research and communicate summarized results when requested. Able to work and act independently. Creative ability to develop new products and solutions to address changing customer needs. Superior sales and presentation skills. Ability to use sound judgement and exercise comprehensive decision-making skills. Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles and competencies. Additional Requirements (Education, Experience): Associate’s degree in business administration or other related fields is preferred. Extensive professional experience in finance, business, or other related fields. Proven progressive experience in leadership roles. Must be able to travel between branches and for training or other business-related matters.
