We are looking for an HR Recruiter with recruiting experience to support both hiring and day-to-day HR operations Activities.

This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment along with core HR activities like onboarding, employee support, and HR administration . Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers)
- Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and update HR systems (HRIS/ATS)
- Support employee relations and respond to HR-related queries
- Help implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Support HR team with administrative tasks and reports
- Working closely with (stakeholders, delivery team, sales team and vendor)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR and/or recruiting
- Knowledge of HR processes and employment laws
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
- Experience with HRIS or ATS tools
