SAP IBP Analyst

Job Summary The SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Analyst supports, configures, and optimizes end‑to‑end supply chain planning processes for e‑commerce operations. The role translates business requirements into technical solutions, manages system enhancements, and ensures data integrity within SAP IBP and its integration to SAP S/4HANA using CPI, CPI-DS, and RTI technologies. Responsibilities Gather and analyze requirements from logistics, IT, and supply chain stakeholders to translate pain points into SAP IBP solutions. Design and configure SAP IBP modules: Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Forecasting, Supply Planning, Response and Supply. Design interfaces and manage integration between SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, and non‑SAP legacy systems using CPI, CPI‑DS, and RTI. Create detailed functional specifications for custom developments (enhancements, reports) for technical teams. Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and develop and deliver end‑user training. Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and recommend continuous process improvements. Contribute to project plans, manage small‑to‑medium projects, and mentor team members. Qualifications and Requirements 7+ years of experience with SAP IBP, including configuration across multiple modules. Experience with SAP S/4HANA IBP and integration technologies CPI, CPI‑DS, RTI. Strong understanding of logistics and transportation business processes. Analytical, problem‑solving, and strong communication skills. Must not fabricate or omit vital facts. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and, preferably, Google Workspace. SAP IBP certification preferred. Education Preferred Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, or Business.
