The Vice President, Brand Salesis responsible fordriving commercial performance across existing brand clients and net-new client acquisition. This leader owns retention, expansion, renewals, and revenue predictability-ensuring sustained growth whileoperatingwith discipline at scale. This role leads a team of Account Directors, bringing structure, rigor, and strategic insighttoclient acquisition, account growth, and forecasting accuracy. Responsibilities: Client Revenue Leadership Own revenue retention and expansion within the brand client portfolio Ensureproactive, on-time, and predictablerenewals Maintain a minimum3xpipeline coverage againstquotas Drive structured upsell and cross-sell strategies aligned todemonstratedclientvalue Serve as executive sponsor for key strategicaccounts Standardizestakeholder mapping and engagement strategies acrossaccounts Sales Execution & Team Leadership Establish best practices for account planning, business reviews, renewal risk management, and opportunityidentification Drive pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy, and CRMrigor Assign territories and quotas aligned to growthobjectives Coach and develop team members tooperatewith accountability, urgency, and commercialdiscipline Partner closely with Client Services to ensure effective onboarding, training, product adoption, andproactiveengagement Sales Enablement & Solution Delivery Coordinate cross-functionalsaleseffortsfor your teamacross Solutions Engineering, Product, Operations, Data Science, Data Governance, and Legal Act asthe "Voice of the Customer," partnering with Product to shape scalable offerings, inform roadmap priorities, and ensure marketreadiness Forecasting, Metrics & Performance Management Partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Revenue Operations to align forecasting, reporting, and performancemanagement Deliveraccurate, data-driven insights to executiveleadership Enforce CRM best practices to ensure pipeline visibility, data integrity, and reliable reporting atscale Qualifications Bachelor's degreerequired 12+ years of experience in revenue leadership, client management, or enterprise sales Proven success leading sales teams in media, data, or AdTech environments Demonstrated ownership of renewals, expansion, and revenueforecasting Strong operational rigor with the ability to translate strategy into scalableexecution Experience navigating complex, data-driven, and product-centricorganizations Executive presence with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders and internalleadership High emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt leadership and sales approach to individuals andsituations Technical Skills Proficiencywith CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent) Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Familiarity with SharePoint and Copilot tools Experience documenting requirements and developing client-facingmaterials Exposure to BI tools (e.g., Power BI)preferred ExperienceleveragingAI to improve efficiency andeffectiveness Core Competencies Analytical,detail-oriented, and data-driven Deep understanding of consumer research, media, and advertising ecosystems (including AdTech) Strong client presence with the ability to manage expectations, navigate escalations, and driveoutcomes Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Organized,proactive, and execution-focused Effective facilitator of meetings, presentations, and training sessions Skilled at building and implementing scalableprocesses Strong storyteller with the ability to translate data into compellingnarratives Proven ability tomanage pipeline dynamics and ensure teams consistently meetdeadlines Additional Information This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $151,800.00 - $208,000.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role is eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
