Director, Strategic Growth & Commercial Integration

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Director to drive commercial integration and strategic growth of Clinical Programs across its global business. The role bridges portfolio strategy, commercialization, and execution, focusing on embedding service offerings into the commercial ecosystem and scaling market adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial integration of Fast Trak and GoSilico into Clinical Workflow Management, establishing engagement frameworks and governance
• Lead cross-functional alignment embedding Clinical Programs into regional commercial routines and customer engagement models
• Partner with regional leaders to translate strategic priorities into demand-generation plans and growth targets
• Develop enablement materials, messaging, and training to strengthen commercial teams' positioning of offerings
• Establish governance processes, business reviews, and performance metrics to improve funnel visibility and commercial execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, engineering, or related field
• 10+ years in process development services, global program leadership, or commercial operations
• Demonstrated experience leading global cross-functional transformation and commercialization initiatives
• Knowledge of clinical workflows, customer-facing program governance, and process development services
• Ability to develop go-to-market strategies, commercial playbooks, and customer engagement frameworks
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder-management skills with ability to influence across complex organizations
• Experience working across global regions and strategic markets, including China
