Bilingual Receptionist

We are actively seeking a Bilingual Receptionist for a full-time, permanent position with a growing Tulsa law firm. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to transition from a background in customer service, retail, or restaurants to a fast-paced, client-facing career in a professional setting. LOCATION: Tulsa, OK (Midtown) SCHEDULE: Fully Onsite | Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm PAY: $16-18/hour (some flexibility for bilingual proficiency)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish preferred High School Diploma required; some college preferred 1+ years of experience in an office, legal, or customer service environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning case management and document software Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and deadlines simultaneously Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage front desk operations by answering and routing calls, greeting clients and visitors, and keeping a tidy reception area. Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, including scanning, naming, and uploading documents to the case management system Review and route incoming faxes, attaching documents to appropriate case records and forwarding as needed Handle courthouse filings, mail drop-offs, and other external errands in a timely and accurate manner Support general administrative tasks and office operations, assisting attorneys and staff as needed Benefits Information: Full benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401k Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: SearchPointNY/Noor Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
