Your Mission Lead with Vision: Develop curriculum, guide faculty, and ensure graduates are board-ready and OR-ready. Champion Accreditation: Own CAAHEP/ABHES compliance and set the regional standard for excellence. Mentor the Mentors: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and instructional innovation. Drive Student Success: Engage directly with students—retain them, troubleshoot issues, and coach them toward confident, skilled careers. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree from a USDE-recognized, accredited institution. Graduate of a CAAHEP- or ABHES-accredited Surgical Technology program (or recognized military training equivalent). Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential through an NCCA-accredited national certification program. Current license, registration, or certification as required by local, state, or federal law. 3+ years of operating room experience in the scrub role within the last 5 years . OR 3+ years of teaching experience in the field of Surgical Technology. Evidence of continued education and training in Education Methods, Surgical Technology standards, and credentialing and administration. Excellent verbal and written communication.
