Director of Revenue Cycle

To lead the strategic direction and performance of revenue operations in a remote setting, the full-time salaried Director of Revenue Cycle will define overarching strategies, oversee revenue cycle functions, and drive transformational initiatives to optimize revenue capture and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Define and lead the overarching revenue cycle strategy, aligning with company growth objectives and market expansion Provide executive oversight of all revenue cycle functions, including patient access, coding, billing, and collections Identify and drive transformational initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and improve revenue margins Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred) 12+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 5+ years in a director or executive leadership role Deep expertise in end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including multi-state and telehealth environments Strong knowledge of medical coding standards (CPT, ICD-10) and complex payer structures Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives
