Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Providing strategic and operational leadership, the full-time salaried Director of Revenue Cycle Management will oversee billing, utilization review, and revenue cycle operations in a hybrid work environment, focusing on optimizing reimbursement and improving collections. Key responsibilities Lead and manage all revenue cycle functions, ensuring compliance and efficiency from insurance verification to final reimbursement Develop and monitor key revenue cycle metrics to drive process improvements and enhance cash flow performance Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to improve documentation and reimbursement outcomes while managing third-party billing vendors Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 7 years of progressive revenue cycle management experience, ideally in behavioral health or healthcare services At least 3 years of leadership experience managing billing or revenue cycle teams Strong knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and behavioral health reimbursement processes Experience with behavioral health EHR and practice management systems preferred
