POSITION OVERVIEW As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you'll oversee individualized ABA programming, supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs, collaborate with families, and ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services. This hybrid position combines in-person supervision, remote administrative responsibilities, and telehealth opportunities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical Assessment & Treatment Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Design and oversee evidence-based ABA programming, including NET, DTT, PRT, and appropriate communication supports. Develop treatment plans focused on functional skills, independence, and meaningful outcomes. Analyze clinical data, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed. Ensure services align with BACB ethical standards and applicable regulations. Clinical Leadership & Supervision Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and other assigned clinical staff. Provide clinical coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing professional guidance. Monitor treatment implementation and maintain clinical quality. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, staff trainings, and program development. Foster a collaborative, supportive clinical environment. Family & Community Collaboration Provide caregiver education and training to support consistency across environments. Collaborate with families, educators, school psychologists, and other professionals. Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral consultation when appropriate. Support trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and individualized care. Clinical Documentation & Case Management Maintain accurate treatment plans, progress reports, and supervision documentation. Monitor treatment outcomes and ensure timely clinical reporting. Coordinate with administrative and clinical teams to support service delivery. Maintain a standard expectation of 30 billable hours weekly, with opportunities for approved reductions through the ABS PTO and Billable Hours Program. Required Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB. Minimum 5 years of experience working with autistic children or individuals with developmental disabilities. At least 2 years of supervisory experience in ABA settings. Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessments, treatment planning, and data analysis. Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs. Strong leadership, communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Commitment to ethical practices, cultural responsiveness, and individualized care. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout assigned service areas. Preferred Qualifications: Experience across home, clinic, and school-based settings. Experience participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with school districts. Interest in clinical leadership and professional development. WORK SCHEDULE & ENVIRONMENT Position: Full-Time, Hybrid Monday–Friday, with availability between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Clinic hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Standard expectation of 30 billable hours per week. Schedules vary based on caseload and client availability. In-person supervision across home, clinic, and school settings. Remote flexibility for administrative work, documentation, treatment planning, and telehealth. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodations as required by law. Ability to safely support clients displaying aggression, self-injury, or other challenging behaviors. Ability to travel between assigned service locations.
