Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Recruiting & Preboarding Administration  

· Coordinate administrative activities related to the recruitment and hiring process. 

· Initiate and track background checks, drug screenings, motor vehicle reports, and other pre-employment requirements. 

· Maintain recruiting and candidate activity within the applicant tracking system. 

· Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics. 

· Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, and hiring initiatives. 

· Generate recruiting reports and support hiring metrics. 

· Coordinate preboarding activities to ensure readiness for new hire start dates. 

· Assist with onboarding logistics, including orientation scheduling and new hire communications.

 

Learning & Development Support  

· Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development Specialist. 

· Coordinate training schedules, registrations, meeting invitations, hotel reservations and event logistics. 

· Maintain training calendars and participation records. 

· Track completion of required training programs. 

· Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, handouts, and participant resources. 

· Support leadership development, onboarding, and employee development programs. 

· Compile training metrics and reports. 

 

HR Operations Support  

· Assist with employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives. 

· Support HR projects, audits, surveys, and departmental initiatives. 

· Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other HR-related documentation. 

· Assist with policy acknowledgment tracking and other compliance-related administrative activities. 

· Coordinate meetings, communications, and HR department events. 

· Support process improvement efforts and workflow documentation. 

· Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Compensation for this position is $20-22 an hour.
