Job Overview:

\n

We’re seeking a Legal Practice Assistant (LPA) for our Miami, FL office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of legal experience and will provide administrative and legal support to members of the Firm, associates, and paralegals across multiple practice areas, including Litigation, Bankruptcy, Corporate, and Tax .

Key Requirements:

\n
• 3+ years of legal experience.
\n
• Experience supporting attorneys, associates, and paralegals.
\n
• Experience working across multiple practice areas, including Litigation, Bankruptcy, Corporate, and Tax.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
\n
• Strong working knowledge of the Florida e-filing portal and CM/ECF .
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel .
\n
• Experience with InTapp Time Entry is required.
\n
• Knowledge of iManage and PowerPoint is a plus.
\n
• Must be proficient in Spanish and English , including reading, writing, and speaking.
\n
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional environment.
\n
• In-office five days per week is preferred.
