About Us
The Camp Elk Grove is a community-focused fitness gym where members come to work hard and feel at home. We’re looking for an upbeat, dependable Front Desk Associate to be the first face our members see and to help us keep growing.

What You’ll Do

• Greet every member and guest warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Check clients in and keep member records accurate
• Answer phones, return calls, and follow up with leads and members
• Give tours, explain membership options, and sign up new members
• Sell retail products and supplements and handle transactions
• Keep the front desk, lobby, and gym floor clean and organized
• Help with our social media by taking photos and videos, posting content, and engaging with our online community

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality and strong customer service skills
• Comfortable with sales and talking to new people
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Basic computer skills (experience with gym check-in software is a plus)
• Comfortable creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Passion for fitness and helping others is a big plus

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous front desk, retail, or sales experience
• Gym or fitness industry experience
