Transformation Strategy LeadThe Transformation Strategy Lead is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational transformation across Group Benefits. This role focuses on assessing and improving end-to-end processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and advancing modernization through process redesign, automation, and AI enablement. This individual will leverage our customer journeys to assess current workflows, identify opportunities to optimize the way we work in support of our customers, and lead the design and execution of transformational changes across the Group Business.You AreA strategic operator with deep experience in end to end transformation and process optimizationHighly analytical and able to identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunitiesExperienced working across matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders while leading large-scale transformation initiatives end-to-endA strong communicator with the ability to influence senior leadershipYou WillLead end to end transformation initiatives across the Group Benefits businessEvaluate end-to-end workflows to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunitiesDesign and implement future-state operating models leveraging process redesign, workflow orchestration, and automationDevelop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plansPartner cross-functionally with business functions, technology, and drive execution and ensure adoption of new processes and operating modelsSupport development of governance frameworks, playbooks, and change management strategiesDeliver executive-ready presentations and updates tied to transformation progress and impactYou Have7+ years of experience in management consulting, transformation, or business strategy within the Insurance Industry, preferably GroupExperience leading large-scale operational transformation initiativesStrong background in process redesign and workflow optimizationExposure to automation, AI, or digital transformation initiativesStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsLocationThis is a hybrid role within commutable distance to a Guardian Life hub location, with preference for New York, Bethlehem, or Boston.Salary Range: $152,290.00 - $250,195.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
