A growing precision manufacturing company in the St. Louis area is seeking experienced CNC Mill and CNC Lathe Machinists to join its team. These are long-term opportunities with a stable company that invests in its employees and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring equipment
• Maintain quality standards and production requirements
• Troubleshoot machining issues as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous CNC machining experience required
• Experience with setup and operation preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and work from detailed drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
