Accounting Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have entry level experience with bookkeeping, data entry, and experience with QuickBooks. Experience working in a legal environment is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare client billing, invoices, and payment postings.
- Track case-related costs and expenses.
- Provide accounting support to staff.
Qualifications
- Basic Accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Law firm experience is a plus.
- Must be fluent in English.
