Administrative Coordinator

Bartlett Tree Experts is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for an individual who understands the importance and value of our clients and recognizes the significance of team support!

Bartlett Tree Experts is a 115+-year-old scientific tree and shrub care company with over 130 offices in the United States, Canada, Great Britain, and Ireland. Responsibilities

Providing an exceptional client experience is a main priority of the Administrative Coordinator role. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming phone calls in a high call volume environment
  • Making outbound calls related to client service and sales
  • Efficiently scheduling Arborist Representatives to meet with clients on property
  • Purchasing and receiving
  • New hire orientation and on-boarding
  • Planning community events
  • Social media and marketing
  • Equipment documentation management
  • Working directly with Arborists and clients to facilitate sales, increase brand awareness and build a satisfied customer base.
  • Supporting office and production team members and all company policies
  • Processing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and collecting of aged accounts
  • Exhibit core values of Accountability, Respect, Team-Player, Coachable, Strong Work Ethic, Positive Attitude

All duties are to be performed in the local office during business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Remote work is not available.

Qualifications
  • Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to muliti-task is paramount.
  • Highly motivated and able to multi-task in a fast paced office.
  • Works well independently and takes initiative.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Outlook, Oracle, & CRM.
  • Ability to learn and work within various operating systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Detail oriented with accurate data entry skills.
