Key Responsibilities -
- Own feature definitions, acceptance criteria, and prioritization for key workflows
- Translate banker needs into structured product requirements
- Manage MVP > Phase 2 > Scale roadmap iterations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, Engineering, AI, and CRM teams
- Track behavioral metrics and refine the product through data-driven iteration
Must-Have Skillsets
- 5 years in digital product management, ideally in financial services or enterprise tools
- Strong understanding of mobile, CRM, and AI-enabled workflows
- Ability to write clear requirements and run agile ceremonies
- Analytical mindset with familiarity in usage analytics tools
Qualification - BS in Computer Science of Equivalent
