This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business office while managing human resources functions to support our company’s growth and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage all business office operations including billing, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reporting. Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. Coordinate recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee orientation processes. Administer employee benefits programs and maintain accurate records. Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices. Prepare and maintain reports related to business office and HR activities. Collaborate with management to support organizational goals and workforce planning. Qualifications Experience in an assisted living/memory care a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in business office management and human resources. Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, and labor laws. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with accounting software and HRIS systems.
