Key Responsibilities

• Engage in effective collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on detailed patient histories and assessments.
• Manage patient care outcomes meticulously, addressing any outlier cases through discussion and teamwork with other therapists to optimize therapy effectiveness.
• Ensure seamless clinical workflows that enhance patient scheduling, referrals, and timely evaluations; prioritize early intervention strategies for optimal patient recovery.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and re-evaluations, demonstrating clinical accuracy and competency while interpreting results within your licensure scope.
• Maintain accurate documentation by performing detailed chart reviews and systematic data collection to track patient progress and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Physical Therapist with Move Right Therapy, you will serve a diverse client base, ranging from post-operative recovery patients to individuals coping with chronic conditions. Our focus is on creating tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that enable patients to regain their independence and improve their functional capabilities in a familiar and comfortable home setting.

Qualifications

• Active licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Completion of a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with patients and collaborating with healthcare teams.
• A strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, showing adaptability to changing patient needs and situations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 , contingent upon the experience and caseload management.
