Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations, developing tailored treatment plans that facilitate recovery.
• Implement therapy interventions according to established best practices and evidence-based protocols, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training.
• Provide ongoing education to patients and their families on rehabilitation processes, self-care strategies, and injury prevention.
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations that tracks patient progress and outcomes and adjusts treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions throughout the continuum of treatment.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote health and wellness, educating the public about physical therapy and rehabilitation.
• Attend regular staff meetings and professional development workshops to enhance treatment techniques and maintain competency in the field.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
