Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with functional limitations, developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions while continually assessing patient responses and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans, patient interactions, and outcome measures in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in multidisciplinary communication with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care coordination and inform treatment adjustments.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, ensuring a high standard of patient care and efficient departmental operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse outpatient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and neurological disorders. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Aspirus Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
