Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations, using standardized assessment tools to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs based on the physician's care plan, ensuring adherence to agency policies and professional standards of care.
• Provide high-quality care by utilizing evidence-based practices, focusing on the prevention and treatment of functional disorders through therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques.
• Educate patients and their families regarding home treatment options and exercises to promote self-care and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and treatment changes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Coordinate with other medical professionals to ensure all necessary information is shared to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in case management meetings to discuss patient progress and collaboratively adjust care strategies as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at High Level Rehab & Therapy Clinic, you will primarily focus on outpatient orthopedic patients, including post-surgical rehabilitation cases, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Our diverse patient demographic ranges from adolescents to seniors, each with unique needs and recovery goals. Qualifications

• Possession of a Master's Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, with a proven track record in orthopedics.
• Current certifications in First Aid, AED, and CPR are mandatory.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication purposes.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of three years of experience is required, candidates with specialized training in manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, or pediatric physical therapy are highly encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits
