Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, medical histories, and limitations to inform individualized treatment planning.
• Design and implement customized evidence-based treatment plans utilizing diverse modalities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced assistive devices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring continuity and the highest standards of practice.
• Regularly monitor and document patients' progress toward their goals, adapting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on effective management of their conditions, injury prevention strategies, and the importance of maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid and active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
