Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians to develop personalized treatment plans that align with individual recovery goals.
• Implement and adjust treatment protocols for a wide variety of conditions, utilizing techniques tailored to the specific needs of orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a focus on patient-centered care to ensure an optimal therapeutic experience.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes through shared knowledge and best practices in evidence-based care.
• Provide in-home therapeutic care when necessary, employing specific procedures to effect positive changes in patient conditions as outlined in the physician's plan of care.
• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers regarding treatment processes, home exercises, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Meet utilization metrics and contribute to the broader business objectives to help improve organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills including word processing and familiarity with electronic health record systems.
