Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians to formulate tailored treatment plans.
• Implement treatment programs utilizing evidence-based techniques to address patients' specific needs.
• Monitor and adjust therapy methods for optimal patient outcomes, demonstrating outstanding customer service throughout the treatment journey.
• Engage with a diverse patient demographic, treating a variety of conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related injuries.
• Provide therapeutic care in patients' homes, utilizing appropriate techniques consistent with physician directives.
• Consult with, educate, and train patients and their caregivers to promote understanding and participation in their recovery process.
• Work collaboratively with a broader healthcare team to achieve collective goals for patient health and wellbeing.
• Contribute to organizational success by meeting utilization goals and participating in professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will primarily focus on individuals recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions across various specialties. Your expertise will help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence, which is vital for improving their quality of life. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state license in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

• Proficiency in computer systems and documentation management.
• A proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with patients to enhance their rehabilitation journey.

Preferred Experience

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Two (2) years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
• Current CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
