Strategic Accounts Lead for AI Life Sciences Growth

Manifold AI in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Manager, Strategic Accounts to own the relationship spectrum from post-implementation adoption through renewal and expansion for our most strategic customers.

You will serve as the commercial owner, driving renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion revenue while coordinating with Legal, Finance, Product, and Professional Services to deliver high-touch, data-driven value.
