The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Holt that are seeking Facilities Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors and vendors for specialized services.
- Manage space planning, office moves, and facility expansions to support operational needs.
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs for all critical infrastructure.
- Lead and mentor a team of facilities technicians and maintenance staff.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience managing large-scale industrial equipment and HVAC systems.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations (OSHA) and environmental compliance in manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, vendors, and capital projects.
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) implementation or optimization.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles as they apply to facility operations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software for space planning and facility modifications.
- Certifications in sustainability (e.g., LEED Green Associate) or energy management.
