Receptionist Job Type: Mon-Fri Pay Range: $16 - $17 / Hr., DOE Experience: 1 + years

As the Front Office Receptionist, you are the first point of contact playing a vital role in maintaining a professional atmosphere by welcoming guests, managing multilingual communications, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Receptionist Key Responsibilities

• Provide seamless front-desk hospitality and phone support in English.
• Assist with the basic translation of internal memos, client forms, and incoming correspondence to ensure accuracy across the board.
• Manage the flow of the lobby, coordinate appointments, and handle mail distribution with a high degree of organization.
• Support the team with data entry and clerical tasks, ensuring records are maintained accurately.

Receptionist Skills

• Professional-level proficiency in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage a high-volume lobby and multi-line phone system simultaneously while maintaining a poised and welcoming demeanor.
• Strong initiative to identify and complete necessary tasks, such as maintaining waiting area presentation and organizing administrative files, without direct supervision.
