About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive team. The CFO will be a strategic partner, providing financial leadership, and operational insight to drive growth, profitability, and long-term value creation. Key responsibilities for the CFO include serving as a trusted advisor, overseeing all financial functions, and playing a critical role in supporting the family office, real estate entities, and governance structures. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic financial leadership, accounting, reporting, and compliance, financial planning and performance analysis, treasury, cash and capital management, credit and risk management, M&A and strategic growth, and family office, board, and governance. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, with a CPA required or strongly preferred. An MBA or advanced degree is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a CFO or in a senior finance executive role, with a background in distribution, manufacturing, or multi-location environments. Experience in M&A, capital investment, and a strong understanding of financial strategy and performance are essential. The role also requires a leader who can build and lead a high-performing finance organization, support HR, benefits, and administrative functions, and foster a culture aligned with the company's values and performance expectations.
