Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with medical professionals, including physicians and nurses, to discuss patient progress, concerns, and care plans, ensuring a coordinated approach to treatment.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation including intake assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with department guidelines and best practices.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments while involving patients and their support systems in the planning process.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, counseling, and crisis management to individuals and families facing emotional distress and behavioral issues.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
