Work Environment\n

This position is based remotely, providing the flexibility of a work-from-home setting while still allowing for effective team collaboration through regular virtual meetings and case consultations. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., enhancing your work-life balance. Our outpatient office is designed to support mental health professionals with resources and tools that enable them to focus on providing high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity and duration of mood disorders in clients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's specific needs, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to guide treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care practices to promote recovery and wellness.
\n
• Monitor client progress closely, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to client care.

• Keep abreast of the latest research in mood disorder treatments to continuously improve therapeutic techniques and client outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive client records that respect privacy laws and ethical guidelines.
\n
• Engage in frequent case discussions, team meetings, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

• Act as an advocate for clients' mental health needs and work towards destigmatizing mental health issues in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on clients dealing with relationship dynamics, divorce, and family concerns. You will work with a varied client base—each presenting unique challenges and backgrounds—requiring culturally competent approaches tailored to individual circumstances. Your therapeutic efforts will be crucial in helping clients navigate complex emotional landscapes and achieve healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
