Business Systems Administrator

Key Responsibilities Salesforce & Business Systems Administration Serve as a primary administrator for the firm's Salesforce environment, including fields, objects, permissions, reports, dashboards, and Salesforce Flows. Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and support users across the organization. Support the administration of Orion, DocuSign, Box, Jump AI, Schwab Advisor Center, Fidelity Wealthscape, Calendly, and other business applications. Manage application access, permissions, configurations, and routine maintenance. Coordinate with software vendors and the firm's third-party IT provider to resolve technical issues. Automation & Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve manual or inefficient business processes through technology. Design, build, test, and maintain Salesforce Flows and other workflow automations. Assist with integrations and data movement between business applications. Participate in system implementations, upgrades, testing, and technology projects. Work with departments across the firm to understand business requirements and develop practical technology solutions.
